Tarrant Mahony

Tarrant M.Mahony is an Associate Professor of Law in the Temple University Beasley School of Law LLM Program in Beijing and a Specially Invited Professor of Law at Tsinghua University School of Law. Professor Mahony received his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, and his B.A. in Asian Languages and Literature and M.A. in East Asian Studies from Stanford University. He has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1995. Professor Mahony's primary teaching and research areas are International Business Transactions, US Property Law, and Chinese Foreign Investment Law. He has published numerous articles in American and international journals and periodicals in the fields of Chinese and international investment law.
